Common questions

Who uses the app, and who uses the web?
Members live in the mobile app: plans, Gym Day, check-in, history, and the monthly fee. Owners and trainers use the web for the gym. Owners can also manage the gym from the phone. Trainers can build plans and check in on the phone, and assign plans on the web.
How does a member pay?
The owner sets one monthly amount and the methods: bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Upay, or bank transfer. The member chooses a method and enters the transaction number. A screenshot is optional. The month counts as paid after the owner confirms it, or marks it paid. The member can then open the receipt in the app. The owner can print or download it from the web.
What can a trainer do?
On the web, a trainer builds and assigns plans, reviews attendance, publishes posts, and submits ads. On the phone, a trainer builds plans, checks in, and sees workout history. Trainers do not set fees, edit instruments, or manage the member list in the app.
Can I train without joining a gym?
Yes. Choose train solo during setup and build a personal weekly plan. Gym payments and check-in apply when you belong to a gym.
How does the AI assistant work?
Ask for a draft, review it, then save. Nothing is written until you confirm. If the model is unavailable, you still get a starting draft marked for review. AI output is not medical advice.
