Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of MyGymFlex, including the mobile app, the website where owners and trainers run the gym, and the MyGymFlex API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Members follow a plan, log Gym Day, check in, and pay a monthly fee in the app. Owners run people, instruments, exercises, plans, attendance, posts, and monthly payments on the web, and can also manage the floor from the phone. Trainers build and assign plans, review attendance, and publish posts on the web. They can build plans, check in, and see their own history on the phone. Platform administrators may approve gyms, ownership claims, and ads. The service includes an AI assistant for drafts you review before saving. The service may change as we add or retire features. Store listings for the mobile app may stay marked coming soon until they are published.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is inaccurate, abusive, or used to disrupt the service.

3. Roles and gymnasiums

When you join or register a gymnasium you do so as an owner, trainer, or member. You can also train solo without joining a gym. Owners are responsible for the gym profile, instruments, exercises, memberships, member IDs, plans, and the monthly fee. Trainers may create and assign plans, review attendance, publish tips and posts, and submit ads. Assigning a plan to a member is done on the web. Trainers do not set the fee, catalog instruments, or manage the member list in the app. The People area in the app is for owners. A gymnasium may remain pending until a platform administrator reviews it. An ad stays pending until an administrator approves it.

4. Monthly gym fees

The owner sets one monthly amount and the methods members may use: bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Upay, or bank transfer. A member chooses a method and enters the transaction number. A screenshot is optional. MyGymFlex records the submission. It does not collect, hold, or transfer the money. The member pays the gym through the method they chose. The month counts as paid only after the owner confirms the payment or marks it paid. The member can then view the receipt in the app. The owner can print or download it on the web. Trainers cannot confirm a payment or change the fee. A fee dispute is between the member and the gym.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse MyGymFlex, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the API, impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the product to harass members of a gym. Inventory photos, posts, and payment screenshots must be content you have the right to share. Do not enter a false transaction number.

6. Health and training disclaimer

MyGymFlex helps you organize gym work. It is not medical advice, personal training in person, or a guarantee of results. You are responsible for training safely and for checking with a qualified professional if you have an injury or health condition. Gyms remain responsible for what happens on their floor.

7. AI features

AI suggests. It does not save by itself. Owners may ask it to name an instrument from a photo, suggest exercises, and pick stock images. Owners, trainers, and members training solo may ask for a plan draft. Owners and trainers may ask for a post draft on the web. Members may see coaching tips in the app. Gym-scoped drafts use that gymnasium’s catalog. Solo training may use the global exercise catalog. You must review and confirm a suggestion before it is stored. AI output is a suggestion only. It is not medical advice, a substitute for a trainer, or a guarantee of results. AI use may be subject to daily quotas.

8. Plans, content, and data

You retain rights in content you create, such as custom plans, posts, gym instrument photos, and payment screenshots. You grant MyGymFlex a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and for people in your gymnasium. Do not upload content you cannot share. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. App stores and website login

Mobile apps, when published, are also subject to Apple App Store and Google Play terms. Login on this website opens MyGymFlex for your existing account. It does not create extra rights beyond your role. Owners and trainers use that login to run the gym. Members use the app.

10. Availability

We aim to keep MyGymFlex available but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features, including mobile store listings, may be marked coming soon until they are released.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyGymFlex is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, gym business interruption, unpaid gym fees, payment disputes between a member and a gym, or training outcomes. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if the service was provided without a fee. Money a member sends to a gym through bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Upay, or a bank is not a fee paid to MyGymFlex.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
